Meet Michaela

The Burnout Boss

After over a decade in corporate leadership spanning multiple industries (plus a few side hustles along the way), Michaela faced incredibly severe burnout. The kind of burnout that leaves you in bed for days, in intense physical and emotional pain, feeling hopeless and angry that you can't seem to "be strong enough" to live the life you want. She'd experienced burnout before, in even more challenging positions and phases of life, but it had never been this bad. So what was going on?

 

Knowing that things had to change she immersed herself in all things burnout, desperate to find a solution. Thanks to limitless research into burnout, mindset, stress management, mindfulness practices, and a lot of trial and error, plus partnering with doctors and coaches of her own, she found herself on the road to recovery.

Realizing others feeling the same monumental differences in life post burnout would create such a positive impact on the world, Michaela decided to add to her years of leadership, coaching, mentoring, extensive research and her experience by taking an ICF level two accredited quantum coaching course. This gave her 8 additional certifications in modalities such as EFT, Hypnosis, Neuro-Lingustic Programming and more. This was the key to her creating the Burnout Boss Signature Process that has helped her and so many finally break free from burnout. Michaela now uses this process to help individuals and organizations with burnout recovery, prevention and manteniance.

 

It is now Michaela's mission to help other entrepreneurs, solopreneurs & leaders recover from burnout and build more resilient lives to prevent burnout and maintain a life of balance.

 

Coming from the corporate world and seeing the immense damage burnout in leaders and team members can do to an organization, Michaela is also incredibly passionate about helping companies prevent burnout from within. She offers her services of one on one coaching to their leaders as well as signature Burnout Boss talks and workshops to teach leaders the signs of burnout and what actions they can take for not only themselves but everyone they lead to prevent burnout.
