My 1:1 Philosophy
Burnout is a complex multidimensional affliction that requires a potent approach from someone who's been where you are now, came out the other side successfully and can help you in all areas of your life. Why all areas? Our life is made up of many layers including: mental, physical, emotional, relationships, sacred (this can be spiritual, religious, connection to higher power or if you don't identify with those, it's the center of your morals, ethics & beliefs) & social (your experience with the outside world, events, community etc.) Burnout often has an affect on many of these life layers. That's why, while I specialize in burnout, I use a powerful combination of the Burnout Boss Signature Process with Life & Career coaching. This approach allows me to help those struggling with burnout currently and those taking action to prevent it. For leaders this means gaining the leadership skills necessary to keeping yourself and your teams free from burnout which creates more productivity, engagement, & retention. For entrepreneurs it means helping you achieve work-life integration versus work-life balance, to create that balance you desire while while still generating massive success.
1:1 Coaching VS. Burnout Breakthrough Course
If you're here, you're probably already running on fumes. The last thing you need is another thing on your list. Both of these paths were designed with that in mind — the question is just how much direct support you want alongside you.
The Burnout Breakthrough course was built specifically for people who are already at their limit. It starts with immediate relief — giving you quick wins and practical tools that create breathing room fast, so you're not trying to absorb and implement from empty. The lessons are short, self-paced, and designed to work with your depleted nervous system, not against it. There's no schedule to keep, no pressure to push through, and no homework waiting for you at the end of a long day. Just you, moving at your own pace, with lifetime access to the full framework, toolkit, somatic practices, and worksheets whenever you're ready for them.
Four times a year you also get live Q&A access to Michaela directly. For most people, this is the clearest, most supported path into this work — and it's available right now, no waitlist, no application.
1:1 coaching is the natural next step for those who have done the foundational work and are ready to go deeper. 1:1 coaching is for the person who knows they need someone in their corner, holding them accountable and adapting the work specifically to their life as it unfolds. It's a deeper level of support, at a significantly higher investment, and spots are limited by design. With a personalized approach built around your specific life, career, and circumstances, coaching takes everything you've learned and applies it in real time with Michaela in your corner. You'll have direct Telegram access between sessions and support that continues for as long as you're actively working together. Spots are limited and the investment reflects that level of access. If you're ready for that next level, the application is the place to start.
Not sure where to begin? Start with the course. It was designed to meet you exactly where you are — and when you're ready to go further, the application will still be here. Learn more about the Burnout Breakthrough Course here.

How Is Coaching Different Than Therapy?
-
Coaching is future-focused and helps you create actionable plans and strategies to achieve your goals. Coaching focuses on the present and future, while therapy often delves into the past to address past traumas or unresolved issues. While we will go over your history and might touch on the past, it's brief in order to eliminate limiting beliefs.
-
Coaching is goal-oriented and action-driven, whereas therapy typically focuses on healing and emotional processing.
-
Coaching is usually short-term and results-oriented, with a focus on specific outcomes and measurable progress. Therapy, on the other hand, can be long-term and aims to explore deep-rooted psychological issues.
-
Coaching empowers you to take ownership of you personal and professional development, fostering a sense of autonomy and self-efficacy. You will use the tools you learn with coaching throughout the rest of your life.
-
Coaching provides you with practical tools, resources, and techniques to enhance your performance, productivity, and overall well-being.
-
Coaching can be utilized by individuals who do not have significant mental health concerns but still want to improve specific areas of their life or career.
Can I See A Coach While In Therapy?
Yes! Coaching can be a valuable complement to therapy, as it focuses on different aspects of personal and professional growth that may not be addressed in therapy sessions. Depending on the depth of burnout and unique factors I may recomend clients see a therapist while working with me.
